Used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve symptoms of colds and us such as coughs and sore throat. South African Geranium is clinically proven to relieve symptoms of cough, runny nose and sore throat associated with the common cold, bronchitis, laryngitis, and pharyngitis; and helps shorten the duration and reduces symptom severity of the common cold, bronchitis, laryngitis, and pharyngitis.With zinc and vitamin C.

DIRECTIONS & USE
Children 3–9, chew 1 gummy per day.
Children 10–13, chew 2 gummies per day.
Adults and adolescents 14 and older chew 2 gummies, 2 times per day.

• Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
• For best results, use at first sign of symptoms and continue to use for an additional 48 hours after symptoms cease.
• Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days.

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS
Organic tapioca syrup, evaporated cane juice, pectin, sucrose, citric acid, trisodium citrate dihydrate, natural raspberry flavour, flavour, water, coconut oil, beeswax.

CAUTIONS & NOTES

If you have a liver disorder, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite, and consult a health care practitioner.

Known adverse reactions:
Diuretic effect may occur. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occur. Some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort. In rare cases, some people may experience mild nosebleed and/or bleeding gums. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury have been reported.
